All coaches
at AVAC are qualified to at least UKA Level One, and all coaches working
with the more experienced athletes to at least UKA Level Two.
AVAC prides itself on encouraging all coaches to undertake regular courses to update and improve their knowledge of all areas of the sport and coaching in general.

The Sports Coach UK website is a useful source of information on courses, generic coaching ideas and resources.
